Dacia Achieves Remarkable Sales Growth in the Baltic Region in 2024

In 2024, Dacia experienced significant growth in the Baltic automotive market, with vehicle registrations increasing by 10% compared to the previous year. This impressive surge secured the brand a 4.44% market share and a seventh-place ranking in the region’s overall sales charts.

Dacia has strengthened its position across all three Baltic countries. In Latvia, it has entered the top four best-selling brands. In Estonia, Dacia climbed to sixth place, a two-position increase from 2023. Meanwhile, in Lithuania, the brand ranks eighth in total vehicle sales.

Dacia Sandero – The Leading B-HATCH Model in the Baltics
The Dacia Sandero has established itself as the best-selling model in the B-HATCH segment across the Baltic region. It holds the top position in Latvia, ranks second in Estonia, and takes third place in Lithuania. Additionally, it remains the most preferred choice among private customers, further cementing its reputation as a practical and affordable vehicle.

Dacia Duster – A Versatile and Resilient Bestseller
Renowned for its durability and versatility, the new-generation Dacia Duster has secured the second position in the B+SUV segment. The model also ranks eighth in the overall passenger car sales across the Baltics. Notably, 4% of customers opted for the highest trim levels (Journey and Extreme), while one-third chose the hybrid powertrain, and 25% selected the 4×4 version.

Dacia Jogger – Rapid Growth in Popularity
In 2024, the Dacia Jogger became the fourth most preferred model among private buyers in the C-NON SUV segment. In Latvia and Lithuania, it ranks third in sales, while in Estonia, its sales skyrocketed by an impressive 97% compared to the previous year.

Eco-Friendly Advancements and Electrification
Dacia continues to lead in alternative powertrains, with LPG-powered ECO-G engines accounting for 38% of all Dacia vehicles sold in the Baltics in 2024. The Sandero (44%) and Jogger (66%) were particularly popular among eco-conscious buyers.

Additionally, in the second quarter of 2024, Dacia began accepting orders for the all-electric Spring, which remains the most affordable zero-emission vehicle in the Baltic market. This move reinforces Dacia’s commitment to offering sustainable and cost-effective mobility solutions.
