Brush with the Grave: Cyclist’s Close Call with a Heavyweight Truck
A viral clip making the rounds on social media reveals a moment so jarring that even the most jaded moderators of online forums initially dismissed it as another AI-generated stunt. But no—this was all too real. On an otherwise quiet Friday morning, a young cyclist shot straight into the path of a fully loaded lorry. Were it not for the truck driver’s lightning-fast reflexes, there would already be candles flickering by the roadside and wilted bouquets marking the loss.
The clip lasts just 15 seconds, yet it packs more tension than a full-blown action scene. The cyclist charges headlong into the street, directly into the path of a MAN truck weighing at least 40 tonnes. The truck screeches to a halt in the nick of time. The rider speeds away as if nothing happened—a pure stroke of luck in motion.
