A car stuck on the tracks was discovered in Brussels at the weekend. It is not known how or why the car got there, but one thing is certain: no one was injured and the car was removed before tram services started on Saturday morning.
According to staff at the local public transport centre, the entrance to the tunnel is properly signposted, but apparently not for all drivers, as similar incidents have occurred in the area before. But so far, no one has got that far.
