They couldn’t prove that the cyclist did it on purpose – apparently he was pretty shook up too – but they did find out he was drunk as a skunk with a blood alcohol level of 2.26 promille. So instead of going after speeders, the cops started processing him. All of this went down in Lithuania, by the way.
