Bentley unveils the ‘Belonging Bentayga’

In a significant stride towards fulfilling its commitment to becoming the most diverse luxury car manufacturer globally, Bentley Motors introduces the ‘Belonging Bentayga.’ This exceptional hand-painted Bentayga Hybrid, adorned in Alpine Green, showcases skylines and iconic structures from major cities worldwide—New York, London, Paris, Rome, Milan, Venice, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Each side of the car represents a different continent, presenting 29 distinct landmarks. Renowned British architectural artist and autistic savant Stephen Wiltshire MBE crafted this art piece entirely from memory, exemplifying his remarkable ability to draw landscapes after a single viewing.

This marks the first instance of Bentley hand-painting a car at its Crewe factory, employing a distinctive process developed by the Bentley Excellence Centre Bespoke Paint team.

The design incorporates numerous drawings of people, symbolizing the unity of various nationalities. The ‘Belonging Bentayga’ is the third artistic unveiling by Bentley, underscoring its commitment to diversity.

Born in London to West Indian parents, Wiltshire, diagnosed with autism at three, communicated through drawing from an early age. His detailed cityscapes have garnered international acclaim.

Bentley’s diversity strategy, initiated in 2021, focuses on outreach, recruitment, succession planning, culture, and development. The ‘Unifying Spur,’ created by Bentley designer Rich Morris, symbolizing diversity, preceded the ‘Belonging Bentayga.’
