The updated Volkswagen Touareg is now available at Volkswagen dealerships. The starting price for the new Touareg is 72,700 euros.
The premium-class model comes with an upgraded Innovision Cockpit control area, featuring a central touchscreen (with a diagonal screen size of 38 centimeters or 15 inches) and new IQ.LIGHT HD matrix headlights in the standard equipment. Over 38,000 interactive LEDs project a light carpet precisely onto the lane, illuminating the road more clearly.
The Touareg R eHybrid offers an additional high-tech feature as optional equipment: Park Assist Pro, enabling remote-controlled parking. With this feature, drivers can maneuver into and out of parking spaces using their smartphone (via the Volkswagen App), even in very tight parking spots.
The new premium-class SUV is recognizable with its updated front and rear design. The continuous horizontal LED strip at the rear stands out, connecting the taillights and featuring the illuminated Volkswagen logo in the center.
Depending on the version, the Touareg is available with new suspension technologies, such as active body roll compensation and four-wheel steering.
The new Touareg is available in Estonia with two powertrains. There are two turbocharged diesel engines with power outputs up to 170 kW (230 hp) and 210 kW (286 hp). The Touareg R eHybrid features a 3.0-liter six-cylinder turbo and electric motor, providing a system total output of up to 340 kW (462 hp). This enables acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h. All engines come paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4MOTION permanent all-wheel drive as standard.
