Škoda E-mobility: Electrifying six by 2026

Škoda Auto is on fire with their e-campaign and they’re planning to have six BEV models in their lineup by 2026! That’s right, they’re gonna have something for everyone. They’re updating the Škoda Enyaq iV and Enyaq Coupé iV in 2025 with the new Modern Solid design language, and they’re also introducing four new all‑electric cars. Check it out: there’s gonna be a “Small” entry-level electric SUV, a “Compact” (aka Elroq), an “Estate” and a “Space” (based on the Vision 7S concept). By 2027, Škoda Auto will have invested a total of 5.6 billion euros in e-mobility.

Let’s take a closer look at these BEVs. The first one coming in 2024 is the “Compact” (Elroq), which is the successor to the Škoda Karoq. It’s gonna be around 4.50 metres long and have a practical and spacious interior. Next up is the “Small” sub-compact car that will be affordable for everyone at around 25,000 euros. It’ll be produced in Spain and introduced in 2025. It’s gonna be about 4.10 metres long and have similar luggage capacity as the Scala.

The Enyaq iV and Enyaq Coupé iV are getting a big upgrade in 2025 with the new Modern Solid design language from the Vision 7S. They’re already Škoda’s first cars based on Volkswagen’s Modular Electrification Platform (MEB) and have been paving the way for the brand’s new era of electric mobility since 2020 (Enyaq Coupé iV since 2022).

Now, the “Estate” is gonna be a game-changer among the four new models. It’s gonna be Škoda’s first all-electric estate car and it’s gonna be about 4.70 metres long, taking the popular Škoda body style into the electric age. It’s set to be introduced in 2026.

Last but not least, the “Space” is gonna be the biggest BEV from Škoda. It’s based on the Vision 7S concept and gonna be around 4.90 metres long. This car is gonna be at the top of the range and definitely one to watch out for!
